Objectives, activities and results expected/achieved:

Development of a solution that acts transversally in maintenance management (including maintenance actions), that is, a platform that allows an integrated view (BIM 6D) on the maintenance management of buildings and their filling, equipped with intelligent detection and forecasting (Analytical Models, Stochastic, Neural Networks and Machine Learning) of failures or anomalies that will allow the optimization of resources and maintenance operations (via modern optimization techniques), in a context of predictive maintenance.

Result indicator: % success in terms of technical-scientific results expected from the project: High (80% to 100%).
