The CCG/ZGDV Institute intends to select a Management Controller for its staff, who will report directly to the administrative and financial director.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in Economics, Management, or similar areas (mandatory);
• Minimum proven experience of 5 years in financial control;
• Knowledge of financial analysis;
• Knowledge in the area of ​​Cost and Management Accounting;
• Advanced computer knowledge from a user perspective and Excel;
• Knowledge of Primavera Software – ERP;
• High analytical capacity, critical spirit, and autonomy;
• Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships, organizational skills, and proactivity;
• Results-oriented mentality and attention to detail;

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:

The Management Controller will be responsible for:

• Implementation and monitoring internal control processes;
• Calculation and analysis of effective costs;
• Prepare monthly reporting maps;
• Preparation, analysis, and dissemination of KPI reports;
• Cost control and deviation analysis;
• Preparation and budget updating (direct and indirect costs);
• Preparation of financial models to support decision-making.

CONTRACT DURATION:

The contract is for an uncertain term and is scheduled to begin in September 2024.

MONTHLY PAYMENT AMOUNT:

The salary amount will be defined depending on the candidate's academic background.
