Joel Puga, from CCG/ZGDV Institute, presented the paper “Leveraging V2P Communications to Improve the VRU's Safety”

At the end of May, Joel Puga, from the UMC Department of the CCG/ZGDV Institute, presented the paper “Leveraging V2P communications to improve the VRU's safety” based on the results obtained during the PAC project at the International Wireless Communications & Mobile Computing Conference, in Cyprus.

Within the scope of this project, the CCG/ZGDV Institute developed a system for collecting information on the positions and movements of vehicles and pedestrians, predicting possible collisions, and providing warning signs for pedestrians.
