This academy will be accessible to the entire ceramics and glass sector and has the potential to expand to other industrial sectors. This initiative introduces a new training approach based on Augmented Reality (AR) technologies, which recreate various production processes within a factory environment by practically simulating different tasks for training and problem-solving.
