Ana Lima, Technical Director of CCG/ZGDV, at the “Women in Tech” panel of TSIMarket 2025, held on April 8 at the Azurém Sports Pavilion in Guimarães, during an event organized by the Students’ Association of Information Systems and Engineering Management.

In addition to Ana Lima, the roundtable featured Sílvia Gomes, Senior Partner at Retail Consult, Francisca Lima from Adidas, Sandra Cunha from BNP Paribas, and Bebiana Salgado, software developer at Glint Global. Moderated by the Technical Director of CCG/ZGDV, the session offered a rich and multidisciplinary discussion, showcasing the diversity of backgrounds and career paths within the tech sector.

During her talk, Ana Lima emphasized the importance of fostering inclusive environments in research and technological innovation, underlining the institution’s active role in promoting diversity and building multidisciplinary and representative teams. This panel, dedicated to promoting gender equality in the technology sector, brought together a group of outstanding professionals who shared their experiences, challenges, and inspiring journeys in the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
