The CCG/ZGDV Institute and PIEP – Innovation Pole in Polymer Engineering officially presented INNOSPHERE, an integrated research and innovation management platform developed in partnership between the two organisations, aimed at supporting more efficient, structured and strategic management of R&I projects.
The presentation session showcased the platform’s main functionalities, designed to address the growing challenges associated with coordinating, monitoring and executing research and innovation projects in increasingly complex and multidisciplinary organisational environments. INNOSPHERE was created as a technological solution focused on centralising information, improving decision-making processes and strengthening project monitoring throughout the entire project lifecycle.
The platform integrates several management components, including technical and financial management, risk management, indicator monitoring, evidence collection, reporting and knowledge capitalisation, enabling a comprehensive and integrated view of innovation processes. This approach contributes to greater traceability, operational control and strategic alignment between teams, objectives and outcomes.
Developed in accordance with internationally recognised frameworks and methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, and the ISO 9001 and ISO 56001 standards, INNOSPHERE was designed to support organisations seeking to strengthen their internal innovation management processes while promoting greater efficiency, adaptability and operational sustainability.
The solution also reflects a strong commitment to the digitalisation of research and innovation management processes, enabling organisations to respond more effectively to the funding, monitoring and impact assessment requirements associated with national and international projects.
Through the development of INNOSPHERE, CCG/ZGDV reinforces its position as a Technology and Innovation Centre, contributing to the creation of advanced digital tools aimed at organisational modernisation and the valorisation of scientific and technological knowledge. The partnership with PIEP further highlights the importance of collaboration between organisations within the scientific and technological ecosystem in developing innovative solutions with practical application and impact on the innovation landscape.
