FRAMEWORK
European and national strategies to enhance business competitiveness identify digitalisation as a key development pillar.
In response to European Union and market requirements, companies need to reorganise and accelerate their digital transition to meet Digital Product Passport (DPP) requirements.
Digitalisation levels remain particularly low among SMEs, along with awareness of its impact on competitiveness.
PROPOSED SOLUTION
DigiPassPort – Empowering Portuguese SMEs to Implement the Digital Product Passport project aims primarily to support SMEs digital transformation in Braga, Aveiro and Leiria.
Through advanced technologies identification, combined with sustainable operational practices, the project aims to support sustainable business growth, enhance competitiveness and facilitate Digital Product Passport (DPP) implementation.
The project comprises three strategic objectives:
- Digital transformation capacity building
- Digital transformation and sustainable practices integration
- Preparation for Digital Product Passport implementation
