FRAMEWORK
This Municipal Urban Mobility departments face considerable challenges in data management, resulting in the demand for service efficiency and interoperability of information and knowledge, with the aim of providing excellent services to citizens.
The funding is agreed between the Estrutura de Missão Recuperar Portugal (EMRP) and the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia I. P. (FCT), as the Intermediate Beneficiary, for the implementation of this investment, namely measure RE-C05-i08-m04 - ‘Support the launch of an R&D project programme aimed at the development and implementation of advanced cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and data science systems in public administration, as well as a scientific training programme”.
PROPOSED SOLUTIONS
The proposed solution aims to create and develop an evolutionary Knowledge Graph (KG), which will represent the reference model for the mobility domain, adapted to the specific context of the municipality
This domain model will help to create a knowledge network by interconnecting a large volume of data from different sources, allowing new knowledge to be aggregated and generated, opportunities for improvement to be discovered, and new services to be offered from a model-driven and data-driven perspective.
CCG/ZGDV CONTRIBUTION
As a result, the CCG/ZGDV Institute will obtain a Knowledge Graph (KG) adapted to municipal urban mobility departments.
