FRAMEWORK

The iFixturing Project results from the union of skills and knowledge of the Consortium made up of INSIDELIMITS, UMinho and CCG/ZGDV, within the Bosch Suppliers Club Initiative Program

 

 

 

INSIDELIMITS, as Bosch's current supplier, through this Project, intends to develop advanced quality control equipment, systems and tools, with the aim of meeting Bosch's standards of excellence, with regard to the quality control of its products and processes

 

 

PROPOSED SOLUTIONS

INSIDELIMITS training with cutting-edge technologies to improve
its products, and strengthen its competitive profile in offering test solutions on the market, valid both nationally and internationally.

 

 

To achieve the identified objectives, the design and development of 4 R&D solutions is proposed:

  • P01: New System for Automating the Manufacturing Process of Test Fixtures
  • P02: Nova Wireless In-circuit Test Fixture
  • P03: New System for Simulating Bending Factors
  •  P04: New ICT Testing Support Software

CCG/ZGDV CONTRIBUTION

CCG/ZGDV contributes to the project, through the EPMQ department, in projects P02 and P04

 

 

 
  • P02: Nova Wireless In-circuit Test Fixture:

A script for executing the connection between the fixture interface and the shirts/needles

A PCB test point specification software solution for the fixture, integrable with PCB development software

  • P04: New ICT Testing Support Software:

New ICT Test Support Software, a tool that allows the automated conversion of data received from the client(s) to TRI Test systems, as well as generating a report of the components tested by a given test table
